Individual and Group Coaching Programmes

Process

We offer coaching conducted in English, French or German.

We aim to be as flexible as possible to enable your coaching programme to take place in the way that suits you and in a sensible timeframe.  We offer coaching:

•    face-to-face – normally at our premises but can be at yours if in/near Geneva
•    by telephone – you can call in for your session if you live far from Geneva or are away on business or holiday
•    via Skype or VoIP/videoconference – technically this counts as a telephone session but is done via the Internet, either with individuals or with groups

We will make sure that the client and the coach are aligned on what the objectives of the programme are before starting off.  People Edge has designed a unique process that helps monitor progress and accountability throughout the programme.  We will calculate the return on investment (ROI) of the programme if wished.


What we’ll do, what you’ll need to do


Our Programme Manager will support you by sending you e-mail and SMS reminders of each session, plus links to the on-line pages where you need to prepare for a session or complete an evaluation of the programme so far.  She will answer any logistical questions you have and is your first port of call for matters that are not directly coaching-related.

We have a unique on-line Coaching Resource System, where you will find a series of pages dedicated to your coaching programme plus a library of articles, tools and forms.  Take a look at the site here.

Your coach will always be available for brief phone calls and unlimited e-mail messages, so you need never feel alone or unsupported, even during the time between sessions.

You will need to allow sufficient time before each coaching session to prepare meaningfully, as will your coach.  You will be given ‘homework’ and this needs to be done if you are to gain the maximum benefit from your coaching.


Tools

We supply a series of resources which you can use to structure your thoughts; plan and strategise; keep track of your progress; define what you need to do; manage certain tasks or changes of behaviour; etc.  The work and the results are down to you, but we’ll help you along the journey by providing models, articles and links to interesting videos or podcasts.
