As ICF members and international coaching professionals, we bring a background of delivering the highest level of programmes for leading multinational organisations and incorporate the best processes and breakthroughs into our programmes.
We are committed to delivering a training programme that is fully aligned with the rigorous standards of the ICF (International Coach Federation).
Our programme meets the following ICF requirements:
• We deliver 8 days (60 hours) of coach-specific classroom or video conference training
• Between 20 and 40 hours of self study
• You practise and enhance your coaching competencies according to the ICF Core Competencies (see below) and the ICF Code of Ethics
• If you choose the supervision module, you will benefit from six hours of supervsion by an experienced coach: you may choose from four top coaches around the world who we have selected for you
• A comprehensive final exam that evaluates a student's coaching competencies, as well as a presentation to the company sponsoring your training
The 11 ICF core competencies that you will feed during the training programme are:

11. Managing progress and accountability
As soon as you have completed this training and given the required hours of coaching (100 for Associate Certified Coach, 750 for Professional Certified Coach), you can apply for your ICF credential, using the ICF portfolio application process.
Our aim is to become an ICF ACTP (Accredited Coach Training Programme) as soon as possible, which will simplify the exam process for students.
