Working with the principles of Positive Psychology, we know that people who are happy at work perform better. So we at People Edge would like to help you to take the first steps towards more engagement, meaning and satisfaction at work and in general in your life.
Using either the VIA Strengths questionnaire or other tools, we will help you to define your character strengths, your competencies and talents so that you can make the most of them and choose the next step in your career.
We ask you to commit for six sessions at a time over four or (maximum) five months. Our experience shows that this is the optimum timeframe in order to obtain maximum impact from the coaching programme.
The process
At the start of the programme, we will provide password-protected access to our on-line Coaching Resource System, where you will find a series of pages dedicated to your coaching programme.
You will need to allow sufficient time before each coaching session to prepare meaningfully, as will your coach. You will be given ‘homework’ and this needs to be done if you are to gain the maximum benefit from your coaching.

If you would like to book an introductory session in order to check the chemistry with the coach, as well as checking whether coaching is the right development path for you, please contact Linda O'Neil, our Programme Manager.
Let Linda know when you are available and she will schedule a first telephone call or visit with the coach so you can discuss your needs and wishes, get to know the coach a little and decide whether you want to proceed with a coaching programme.
